SAGERANK USER AGREEMENT & SUBSCRIPTION POLICY

Operated and provided by SageRank Software Solutions FZ-LLC, a Free Zone Limited Liability Company registered in Ras Al Khaimah, United Arab Emirates.

1. INTRODUCTION AND ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS

By creating an account, selecting a subscription tier, and using the SageRank platform, you ("Client", "User") agree to be bound by these terms. This Agreement governs your access to SageRank's software-as-a-service application, including all API usage, SEO audits, and security tools. If you do not agree to these terms, you may not use the service.

2. SUBSCRIPTION PLANS AND BILLING

Commercial Tiers: SAGE Discovery ($0 / 14-day trial), SAGE Starter ($32/mo | $307/yr), SAGE Pro ($89/mo | $854/yr), SAGE Sentinel ($249/mo | $2,390/yr), and SAGE Ultimate ($499/mo | $4,790/yr).

Recurring Billing: Paid subscriptions automatically renew monthly or annually. Annual plans receive an automated 30-day pre-renewal notification email prior to renewal.

Taxes: Prices are exclusive of local VAT/GST, which can be configured with your valid TRN/VAT ID.

3. FAIR USE AND SCANNING QUOTAS

Standard SEO/AEO/GEO audits deduct 1 credit. OmniScan Red-Team offensive simulations deduct 20 credits. Active security probes require mandatory DNS TXT verification (sagerank-verification=TOKEN). Automated typo refunds apply strictly to non-existent or unregistered domains (NXDOMAIN).

4. CANCELLATION AND NO-REFUND POLICY

Cancellations: You may cancel your subscription anytime self-serve via Account Settings. Paid access continues until the end of your current prepaid period.

No Refunds: Subscriptions are non-refundable except where mandated by statutory consumer protection laws.

5. ACCOUNT SECURITY & DOMAIN AUTHORIZATION

Your account is for the use of your specific entity only. You warrant that you are the lawful owner or authorized administrator of all target domains submitted for active scanning.

6. AI SEARCH DISCLAIMER & ZERO OUTCOME WARRANTY

SageRank provides independent empirical analytics and is not affiliated with OpenAI, Google, Anthropic, or Perplexity. SageRank makes ZERO warranty of specific search rankings, citation frequency, or revenue.

7. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY & CLASS ACTION WAIVER

To the maximum extent permitted by law, SageRank's total cumulative liability is capped at the fees paid in the preceding 12 months. All claims must be resolved through individual binding arbitration, and you expressly waive any right to participate in a class action lawsuit.
